No two clients or Lincoln vehicles are exactly alike. Our new Welcome to Lincoln program introduces clients to The Lincoln Way, the highly personal Client Experience that goes hand-in-hand with owning a Lincoln. The program allows a client to learn about their purchase. Clients will receive a mailed Welcome kit. The kit contains a unique URL that’ll take the Client to a landing page with video content that is customized to their vehicle purchase and it’s feature set. The program also includes two emails that further extends their vehicle story.
